How do I qualify for Free Graphic Set up fees?
	Every year, we encourage our brides in taking advantage of our promotion campaigns "Free Graphic Set up fees". These campaigns usually last one month and occur 1-3 times a year. (end of year is common). How do you qualify? You need to order personalized invitations (plantable paper or recycled paper collection), with a minimum of 100 invitations or cards.  Our graphic fees are a great incentive to our graphic team, which create wonderful invitations and collections for our customers. So don't hesitate to pay them anyway to thank our artists! Thank you!
Do I have to pay sales tax?
	You only have to pay sales tax if we are shipping to California.
I need a copy of my receipt/invoice.
	Click the "My Account / Order Status" link at the top right hand side of our site to print invoices.
When will my credit appear on my account?
	Credits usually take 7-10 business days from the time we receive your item(s).
When will my credit card be charged?
	Your credit card will be charged the day you provide ForeverFiances with your Read & Approval email.
