What if I need to make changes after I "Read and Approved" my stationery?
  First, contact us immediately via email ([email protected] / specifying your order number). We will do all we can to accommodate your request. An additional fee will apply.
What is the process?
  If you would like to get to know our paper and designs you may request a sample online and they will be mailed to you.  

1. When you are ready to place your order, please visit this page (online form) or submit your text at [email protected]. Make sure to include the collection/design, paper (plantable or not plantable), color(s) of print, choice of fonts - in addition to sending your personal text.

2. We will send an email to acknowledge your order.  Please expect your first digital proof to be emailed to you within 2-3 business days after you submitted your order.  Faster response for RUSH orders.


3. Upon receipt of the first proof you may reply to the email with necessary changes to font, color, spacing, spelling, etc.


4. You may log in and provide your payment information at this time if you haven't already done so and prior to second proof or we will send you a Google checkout invoice - we will inform you in the email with the first proof.  *Please note that your credit card isn't charged until the day you provide your Read & Approved email message.


5. Once your stationery is perfect with no additional changes you may reply to the email with the proof you are approving and tell us that you have read and approved.


6. At that time we charge your credit card and send to press.


7. As a general rule of thumb, please expect orders consisting of All in One invitations to ship within the next 2-3 weeks and within the next 1-2 weeks for all other invitations and stationery.


8. On the day of shipping you will receive a tracking number.  For all out of country orders, a tracking number is not provided.


What is the timeline?
  Your wedding stationery will be shipped within 2-3 weeks for All in One plantable paper and only 1-2 weeks for recycled paper  and plantable petite from the time we receive a read and approved email on the approved proof(s). If you require faster shipping please view the next question below.
Is it possible to have the invitations sooner than the above expected timeline?
  Yes, based on availability we offer a rush order of $49 to expedite.  Rush order includes:
  • Your wedding stationery will be shipped 5-7 business days from the time we receive a read and approved email. 
  • First draft of your proof is expedited and will be sent to you up to 1-2 days from time of receipt.
  • Priority 3-day shipping is included (faster shipping options available, please contact us for rates)
  • rush order needs to be placed (payment included) to be take advantage of faster proofing turnaround

How do I change quantities or cancel an item in my order?
  Click the "My Account / Order Status" link at the top right hand side of our site to view orders you have placed. Then click the "Change quantities / cancel orders" link to find and edit your order. Please note that once an order has begun processing or has shipped, the order is no longer editable.
How do I track my order?
  Click the "My Account / Order Status" link at the top right hand side of our site to track your order.
An item is missing from my shipment.
  Click the "My Account / Order Status" link at the top right hand side of our site to track your order status. Be sure that all of the items in your order have shipped already. If you order displays your Package Tracking Numbers, check with the shipper to confirm that your packages were delivered. If your packages each show a status of "delivered", please contact customer service for assistance.
When will my backorder arrive?
  Backordered items are those which our suppliers are unable to predict when they will have more in stock, but as soon as they do, we will be able to ship the item to you.
Do I get to see the invitation before its printed?
  With each order 3 digital proofs are included. Please expect your first digital proof emailed to you within 2-3 business days after you have submitted your information. If a rush order has been requested please expect to receive the first digital proof within 1-2 business days.
How do I make changes to my proof?
  Simply reply to our email and request changes.
