Shipping and Returns
Do you ship to Alaska and Hawaii?
  Yes we do ship to Alaska and Hawaii via USPS. Orders delivered to Hawaii, Alaska, Canada, Puerto Rico or the U.S. Virgin Islands will be shipped U.S. Mail. However,  all orders will be charged an additional $25.00 shipping fee.

We will not charge or bill the customer for any applicable duty, taxes, and/or brokerage fees. These fees will be collected separately at the time of delivery.

Do you ship to Canada?
  Yes we do ship to Canada via FEDEX. All orders may be charged an additional shipping fee.

Please note that all prices are in $USD.  Your credit card company will do the latest currency conversion for you.  Please note that there may be duty, brokerage fees, and taxes that will be collected upon delivery.   These fees are not included in the shipping price that you will be billed for through our website.

How do I qualify for free shipping?
  Free Shipping on Wedding Invitations Free FedEx Home/Ground delivery is included when you order reaches $250 or more. Offer valid in continental USA only.

We reserve the right to charge a shipping fee on orders non qualified, excessively heavy or in case of an energy crisis. Thank you for your understanding.
How long will it take before I get my order?
  We pride ourselves in having very unique and different wedding accessories, stationery & card items.

Wedding Invitations
Drafting Process + Design + Printing + Processing =
From the day your provide us with a Read and Approved email on the final draft of your choice, we will ship your invitations within the next 1 1/2 to 2 weeks (about 3 weeks for plantable All in One invitations)

Please be patient, your invitations are unique and are being handled one by one
.  If you are in a time crunch and you need your order rushed,  you can elect the rush order option for $49 - guaranteeing shipping within 5 business days (7 business days for all in one plantable paper) rush order subject to availability.

Please keep in mind that weekends and holidays do not count as business days.


 
How much does shipping cost?
  Calculating shipping is very simple.

Put all the items you want in your shopping basket. Then go your cart, and enter your country, state, zip code. There will be a button below your Total Price that reads "recalculate."

If there is a problem, please email us and we will assist you with shipping.
Shipping guidelines
  From time to time, our delivery carriers do experience problems with delivering a package. For the best results, we suggest the following:

SHIP TO A BUSINESS ADDRESS INSTEAD OF A RESIDENTIAL ADDRESS


Business locations are generally delivered earlier in the day.

Business locations are generally more secure than a residential location.
Business locations generally have a person who signs for the package, thus leaving a paper trail.
Business locations accept packages so your shipment is inside a building and you don't have to worry about weather elements such as rain, heat, etc..
Make sure you include the company name and "in care of" (c/o) your name so the business knows to accept the package.

FOR RESIDENTIAL ADDRESSES


Make sure you include your complete address.

Please start looking for your package around the estimated delivery date.
If you know your address is hard to locate, please ship to a business, friend, or relative's address that is easier to locate.
Rural locations sometimes take longer to deliver.
If shipping to an address other than your own, please include "in care of" (c/o) the homeowners name on the package.
Make sure you have a mail receptacle

FOR APARTMENTS OR GATED COMMUNITIES


Make sure you include your complete address.

Most carriers deliver to the Leasing Office instead of your doorstep.
Always check with your Leasing Office around the estimated delivery date (Please refer to your order confirmation for this date).
If you name is not on the lease, please include "in care of" (c/o) the lease holders name on the package.
If you do not have a Leasing Office on site and you live in a secure building where you must have a key or code to enter, DO NOT have your order shipped to this location.

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING

For orders shipped to destinations outside of the United States, ForeverFiances is not responsible for any duties, taxes and brokerage fees associated with the shipment of your order.
ForeverFiances is not knowledgeable about country-specific import regulations and will not be responsible for fees/damages associated with non-compliance. We strongly encourage you to research all country-specific facts, information and regulations prior to placing an order.


** Please note that we cannot be responsible for missing or lost packages when the above guidelines are not followed. Additional shipping charges will be incurred for orders that are returned to us due to invalid information.

Shipping of wedding accessories (important notice)
  IMPORTANT NOTICE

Wedding accessories, including candles, cake toppers, engraved flutes, champagne glasses, reception accessories, knives, vases and ceremony accessories will be shipped via UPS innovation, only, from our warehouse in the Mid-West.

A nominal shipping fee will calculated by the website, based on the weight of each items.

You may select any shipping method (generally about $9-15).

What are my shipping options?
  Due to their reliability and quality of service, our primary shipping carrier is USPS

Upon checkout, you may choose from FEDEX, USPS Priority Mail.  We may at times use a different carrier than what you have chosen if the delivery time frame will remain the same. 

We ship and deliver on Monday-Friday, excluding holidays.  For special circumstances, we may be able to deliver on a Saturday for an additional charge. 

Please include a physical address when you place your order as FEDEX does not ship to PO boxes.

What is our policy on returns and replacements for wedding stationery?
  Unfortunately due to the fact that most of our products are personalized, we cannot accept returns on any merchandise. All sales are final.

Should you receive a damaged item, please call our Customer Service Department at (877) 256-9815 with your invoice number. We will send out a replacement at no charge.

When you receive your replacement shipment, you will find a pre-stamped, pre-addressed envelope, ARS (Authorized Return Sticker), or CT (Call Tag). Following the instructions provided, return the damaged merchandise to us. Do not include anything else in your return shipment. All claims must be made within 2 business days of shipment.
